Q. Are there any charges?
Nothing! This service comes to you completely FREE. No fees are charged for registration or processing of your bills.
Q. How do I register the utility company?
Please select "Maintain Biller" option under bill payments. A selection of utility/mobile service companies will appear
Select the utility/mobile service company you want to register by clicking the appropriate company.
Key in your Consumer/Account number in case of utility company and mobile number in case of mobile company and click submit
The biller will be added to your biller list
Q. How do I start paying my bills?
- Click on "Bill Payments" at the left hand navigation bar and then click "Pay Bill"
- A list of your added billers will appear
- Click "Pay now"
- Select the account you want to debit to pay your utiltiy bill
- Click "Submit" and your will be taken to the confirmation screen to review all details of the payment
- Click "Confirm" after you varified all the details of the payment and you will be taken to the acknowledgement screen. This screen contains the transaction reference number for the payment.
Q. Can I pay someone else's utility bill?
Yes. You will have to add the utility service company with the other person's Consumer/Account number under "Maintain Biller" option.
